ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT-BRAZIL - R3940
São Paulo, BRASatcom Direct Brazil is looking for an Administrative Assistant with a proactive, organized profile and a willingness to learn, to take on a multifunctional role within the company. This position requires someone who can easily navigate between administrative, operational, and logistical support tasks, contributing directly to all areas of the company.

How will you make a difference?
- Answer phone calls and direct them as needed
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Update client records and company documents
- Prepare and update commercial proposals and contracts
- Provide support to the sales team and log opportunities via email
- Assist in organizing and updating price guides, presentations, and reports
- Support billing and expense routines
- Request quotes from various suppliers, such as printing companies, and cleaning and office supply vendors
- Manage inventory of materials and equipment
- Separate items for events, POCs, or projects and ensure system updates
- Support the Marketing team (e.g., booth quotes, packing and sending materials)
- Request carrier quotes and track shipments
- Replenish supplies in common areas (bathrooms, kitchen, meeting rooms)
- Perform daily rounds in the office to keep everything organized
- Run small external errands: post office, print shops, or stores
- Assemble boxes, count inventory items, and take measurements when needed
Qualifications
- Currently in the final year of a Business Administration degree or already graduated in the field
- 1+ year of experience in administrative roles
- Must be located in or near São Paulo, Brazil
- Must already be eligible to legally work in Brazil

- The candidate must demonstrate key competencies such as initiative, organization, professionalism, reliability, cooperation, discretion, accuracy, and enthusiasm
- Creativity to suggest improvements and implement solutions
- Must have excellent customer service skills, along with a strong sense of integrity and high commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint), with the ability to adapt to a variety of other software tools
Preferred Skills, Talents & Experience
- Basic English will be considered a plus.
Additional Information
Base Pay:
Based on experience and responsibilities.
Target Annual Short-Term Incentive:
